The role within our retail team, specialising in valuing retail and mixed‑use properties for a diverse range of clients, including investors, banks, insurance companies, institutional funds, REITs, and both public and private companies. With many property sectors facing unprecedented challenges, our Valuations team—working closely with other C&W service lines—is at the forefront of advising clients on the impact of cyclical and structural changes on their property interests.
You will need a keen eye for detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to meet tight deadlines. Experience in building and understanding complex cash flows and investment scenarios in Excel and Argus Developer is essential, along with a solid knowledge of Argus Enterprise.
Key Requirements- MRICS qualified
- Experience in mixed valuations, commercial & retail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and Argus Enterprise and Developer
- Strong understanding of income‑driven investment valuations and development appraisals
