Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Surveyor or Associate to join their Building Consultancy team in Birmingham.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and expanding team, offering a wide range of commercial consultancy services to a diverse client base. The role is an excellent opportunity to assume more responsibility, obtain experience in managing and supervising junior team members and build direct relationships with clients. The role will include working across all core Building Surveying services, as we believe individuals enjoy a more diverse and varied workload. Of course, specialising favourite service lines is also encouraged.
The individual must be commercially aware, enthusiastic and self-motivated and able to demonstrate strong communication and negotiating skills in a customer service driven, client facing role. The person will need to be methodical, diligent and well organised.
The successful candidate will be a MRICS qualified Building Surveyor. Candidates must have commercial experience in the following core services: Dilapidations Technical Due Diligence Contract Administration Planned Preventative Maintenance Also preferable but not essential experience in the following:- Construction/Development Monitoring Reinstatement Cost Assessments Party Wall and Neighbourly Matter
