We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Guest Services Supervisor to join the team at Thames Tower. This role combines responsibility for day‑to‑day building operations with delivery of an exceptional occupier and guest experience. Working closely with the Building Manager, you will help ensure safe, efficient, and compliant building operations while acting as a key point of contact for occupiers, visitors, and service partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an outstanding front‑of‑house experience for occupiers, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for occupier and guest enquiries, ensuring a professional, responsive, and solution‑focused approach.
  • Support the Building Manager with day‑to‑day operational management of the property.
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption and high service standards.
  • Assist in the supervision and management of contractors and service partners, ensuring compliance with site procedures and health and safety requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with occupiers regarding building activities, works, events and service updates.
  • Support management of occupier requests, ensuring issues are tracked, escalated as necessary and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assist with purchase order processing, invoice administration and general property management tasks.
  • Support compliance, risk management and business continuity activities to keep the building safe and legally compliant.
  • Conduct or assist with regular property inspections and maintain accurate records as required.
  • Assist with sustainability initiatives and environmental objectives across the building.
  • Support occupier engagement activities, events and community initiatives to enhance the workplace experience.
  • Build strong working relationships with occupiers, contractors, suppliers and colleagues to promote service excellence and continuous improvement.

Education & Qualifications

Essential

  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing supervisory role within hospitality, workplace experience, facilities management, property management or a similar environment.
  • Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Experience working within a commercial property or facilities management environment.
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems and electronic logbooks.
  • Understanding of building compliance and health and safety requirements.
  • IOSH Health & Safety qualification or equivalent.
