The Portfolio Lease Administration (PLA) – EMEA Regional Lead oversees the delivery of high‑quality, compliant, and efficient lease administration services for C&W’s clients across the EMEA, reporting into the Global Head of Portfolio Lease Administration. This role holds full regional commercial accountability, including P&L ownership, team leadership, operational excellence, and enterprise‑level client governance.

As a senior member of the PLA Global Leadership Team, the Regional Director plays a critical role in shaping organizational strategy, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional client experience across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Lead EMEA region with full accountability for achieving defined revenue targets and oversight of client P&L performance.
    • Engage in IPM EMEA leadership activities, driving PLA engagement across the region.
    • Drive organizational strategy, as a key member of the PLA Global Leadership Team, influencing immediate priorities and long-term market positioning.
    • Champion breakthrough initiatives, innovation programs, and special projects that enhance service delivery quality and efficiency.
    • Support expansion into new delivery markets, through growth in C&W’s Ops Hubs platform and/or organic market expansion, and diversification of service capabilities in partnership with global and regional leaders.
    • Act as the senior leader and primary escalation point within the EMEA region for GOS stakeholders, including regional Client Delivery leadership and EADs.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Act as the senior escalation point for PLA client delivery across the EMEA region.
    • Build and maintain strong executive‑level relationships across client Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
    • Translate client expectations into measurable operational delivery requirements, ensuring SLA, KPI, and contractual adherence.
    • Deliver proactive communication regarding performance, risks, service improvements, and strategic portfolio insights.
  • Business Growth & Market Expansion
    • Lead high‑profile PLA pursuits within the EMEA region, partnering with Sales and Solutions teams.
    • Develop commercially competitive, value‑driven pricing strategies.
    • Support expansion opportunities within existing client accounts, collaborating with account and Service Line leadership.
    • Implement robust renewal strategies to ensure retention and achieve or exceed Global Occupier Services (GOS) targets.
  • Performance and Talent Management
    • Oversee PLA EMEA team across Birmingham, London and Budapest – approximately 175 team members in total.
    • Manage and develop a high‑performing regional team (direct and/or matrixed), including hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
    • Establish and maintain a consistent regional operating rhythm including workload planning, resource alignment, delivery governance, prioritization, and escalation management across multiple time zones.
    • Support annual compensation review activities, including merit and bonus award rationale.
    • Drive operational standardization and best‑practice adoption (automation, controls, workflow optimization, templates, playbooks) to reduce friction and elevate performance consistency.
  • Operational Excellence

    • Ensure strong governance over lease data integrity, document management, critical dates, financial obligations, and reporting accuracy across the multi‑client portfolio.
    • Lead incident and problem management for significant service or data issues, ensuring robust root‑cause analysis and effective long‑term corrective actions.
    • Oversee operational audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments, ensuring that all regional processes meet internal controls, ISO, SOC, and client‑specific requirements.
    • Leverage data, analytics, and performance insights to identify operational bottlenecks, efficiency opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement.
    • Partner with global delivery teams to ensure alignment, scalability, and seamless execution across regions.
