We’re hiring into a growing London Offices team with strong momentum and clear progression pathways. There’s a clear track record of internal promotions, making this an environment where high performers progress quickly. The business has a strong footprint across the London office market, delivering a significant proportion of commercial fit‑out work and continuing to win high‑value, complex schemes.

Role

You will lead the delivery of commercial office fit‑out projects, managing schemes from inception through to completion across a range of central London locations.

Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑end project management of office fit‑outs
  • Act as Contract Administrator / Employer’s Agent (JCT)
  • Manage programme, cost and risk
  • Lead client relationships and stakeholder coordination
  • Drive delivery to a high standard across multiple schemes

Projects & Clients

You will work on high‑profile, large‑scale commercial developments across key London office hubs, including: The City, West End, Southbank, Victoria. The client base includes major corporate occupiers, institutional investors, and global organisations, offering exposure to complex, high‑value projects without the need to chase work.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering commercial office fit‑out projects
  • Currently operating at Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level
  • Strong Contract Administration experience (JCT essential)
  • Good understanding of the London market
  • MRICS (RICS Chartered) – essential
