The OpportunityYou'll take a leading role in delivering planning advice across a diverse portfolio of projects, working closely with colleagues across Land, Development & Planning and the wider Cushman & Wakefield business.
Projects span: Town centre and strategic regenerationMasterplanning and development frameworksPlanning applications and appealsPublic sector development strategiesResidential, commercial and mixed-use developmentsPlanning policy and site promotionStakeholder engagement and client relationship managementYou'll enjoy significant client exposure from day one, with the autonomy to lead projects while helping to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
About YouWe're looking for someone who brings: MRTPI qualificationStrong consultancy or client-side planning experienceExperience managing planning projects from inception through deliveryExcellent report writing and communication skillsCommercial awareness and the confidence to build lasting client relationshipsA collaborative approach and desire to contribute to business growthExperience working with both public and private sector clients would be advantageous but isn't essential.
