The Strategic Consulting Team provides clients with business value by aligning real estate impact with key organisational objectives, including talent attraction and retention, space and energy efficiency, employee experience and productivity, wellness, and sustainability.

As our team continues to expand, we are seeking a Senior Workplace Consultant to collaborate across our EMEA Strategic Consulting group. Our clientele spans the corporate, public, and educational sectors, and our offerings comprise strategy development, change management, user experience analysis, workplace performance assessment, building and development evaluation, concept development through to implementation, and post‐occupancy review. We maintain close partnerships with our PM and Design teams to ensure seamless transition from strategy to execution.

As a Senior Workplace Consultant, you will be actively involved in all aspects of delivering workplace strategy services to clients, from proposal development through to final deliverables. You will also play a supporting role in broader business development, research and events. Your background experience could include workplace design and strategy, organisational change management, strategic FM, or experience in a large occupier managing workplace transformation.

Minimum Requirements

  • Demonstrate experience in delivering Workplace Strategy and Behaviour Change Management with occupiers and building appraisal advice with developers
  • Creative thinker
  • Strong verbal and graphic communication skills
  • Extensive post graduate experience
  • Responsible and self‐assured
  • Languages would be a benefit

Software Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) essential
  • Design tools (Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator, CAD) desirable but not essential
