The Role
- You will support the delivery of workplace strategy and space planning projects across a range of sectors, working with senior team members while taking ownership of defined workstreams.
- Support workplace strategy and spatial planning projects from concept through to delivery.
- Undertake research and analysis (qualitative and quantitative), including surveys, utilisation and benchmarking.
- Develop client-ready presentations, reports and strategic outputs.
- Contribute to spatial strategies, layouts and test fits.
- Support client interviews, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Assist with proposal development, pitches and business development activity.
- Collaborate with Design, Project Management and wider Consulting teams.
- Contribute to research and thought leadership on workplace trends.
Your Background
- 3–6 years’ experience in workplace consulting, design or space planning.
- Background in interior architecture, workplace design or similar.
- Experience supporting workplace strategy, design or transformation projects.
- Interest in workplace trends, future of work and employee experience.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into insight.
- Clear and professional communication (written, verbal and visual).
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and quality of outputs.
- Proactive, organised and self-motivated.
- Confident supporting senior team members in client-facing situations.
Space Planning & Design Capability
- Understanding of workplace design principles, utilisation and spatial planning.
- Ability to translate strategy into spatial implications and layouts.
- Experience contributing to test fits or design development.
- Strong visual and graphical communication skills.
Software
- Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Adobe Suite, AutoCAD or similar tools desirable.
