Cushman & Wakefield provides Facilities Management services globally. We now have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Operational Excellence Global Lead to own the Global operational service delivery and P&L for a prestigious Global FM contract. To ensure services are delivered to agreed contractual deliverables, performance levels and P&L, whilst maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety and environmental compliance.
Core Responsibilities:- Line management of key employees across EMEA, APAC and AMAS
- Oversight of the global operations team
- Provide proactive strategic advice and guidance to the client team in all three regions
- Develop a trusting and collaborative relationship to create confidence in the account delivery by C&W across the global account
- Responsible for operational delivery of hard and soft FM services across this large global portfolio
- Management of services within defined cost budgets, performance levels and key performance indicators
- Be aware of and ensure Contract Risk Registers and BCP/BIA are regularly updated
- Contract management of preferred suppliers and sub-contractors in EMEA, APAC and AMAS
- Supporting the service continuity and consistency of approach across the global account
- Carry out building checks, inspection and supplier audits as required
- Maintain and support the required contract governance including monthly and quarterly review meetings, performance monitoring, reporting, and escalation processes
- Ensure compliance with C&W and Clients quality, health, safety and environmental requirements
- Establish an environment of continuous improvement. Be visible and speak out
- Provide supportive, forward thinking and inclusive approach to DEI
- Support the growth of the account through innovation and collaboration
- Proven experience in developing relationships with clients and suppliers
- Exceptional commercial awareness
- Strong people and supplier management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Written and verbal)
- Excellent influencing skills
- 5+ years’ experience in managing FM services in a corporate office environment
- P&L and budget management experience
