Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, administration, and promotion of enterprise-wide learning programs, processes, and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful programs.
  • Close collaboration to ensure learning needs analysis items are clear and aligned with the work of the instructional design team as the program is being scoped, built and tested.
  • Managing the operational aspects of the programs, including scheduling, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder management.
  • Developing key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the programs.
  • Serving as a resource and thought leader to employees and leaders on new learning and development programs, products, and services.
  • Working with key stakeholders to develop robust learning needs analysis plans and crafting those needs into clear outlines for learning interactions in partnership with the instructional design team.
  • Benchmark, evaluate and measure program/training success with data, track performance metrics, ongoing program effectiveness, and report current state health of the programs and continuous improvement recommendations to leadership and senior management.
  • Plan, organize, schedule, and prioritize workload while managing numerous interruptions and collaborating with Learning & Development, People Team and localized learning team members.
  • Selecting, managing and directing vendors as needed to support internal or external learning programs.
  • Facilitating flawless, engaging learning sessions on key program components for audiences that may be online, in-person or at large conference settings.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience working in an L&D role in a fast paced, professional services business.
  • Advanced level of experience designing, delivering, managing, promoting, and administering large scale enterprise-wide learning and development programs from inception to delivery.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, executive presence, interpersonal skills, facilitation and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working effectively with all levels of management, including top executive level and administrative personnel with a commitment to inclusion, equity, diversity, continuous improvement, a passion for people and openness to new ideas and perspectives.
  • Advanced leadership, organizational, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.
  • Growth mindset and passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences.
  • Effective organization, project-management, time-management, and self-management skills with detail orientation.
  • Experience and comfort facilitating high-impact learning sessions.
  • Experience working independently and effectively in a globally dispersed team environment/matrixed organization with a broad cross-section of people.
  • Tenacity to manage complex global projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Technically savvy with application and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft 365), and virtual platforms (e.g., Webex, Adobe Connect, Articulate Rise and Storyline, Vyond).
  • Experience with growing field of AI enabled learning platforms and Copilot 365 a plus.
  • Prior experience operating in a global team is preferred.
