This role oversees facility services, vendor and contract management, budgeting, compliance, maintenance programs, and team leadership while delivering high levels of customer service and operational excellence.**Job Description****Key Responsibilities*** Manage daily facility operations, including maintenance, engineering, custodial, and site services.* Oversee vendor contracts, service delivery, compliance, and cost management.* Ensure facilities are maintained to operational, safety, and appearance standards.* Respond to occupant requests and drive service excellence in line with SLAs.* Manage budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and financial reporting.* Maintain compliance with company policies, regulations, safety standards, and insurance requirements.* Support capital projects, facility improvements, and cost-saving initiatives.* Lead, coach, and develop facility team members.* Monitor and report on operational performance and continuous improvement opportunities.**Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.* 5–7 years of facilities, property, or building management experience in a commercial or corporate environment.* Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and building operations.* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and facility management systems; CMMS experience preferred.* Industry certifications (CFM, IFMA, BOMA) are a plus.**Key Competencies*** Leadership and Team Management* Communication and Relationship Building* Problem Solving and Decision Making* Financial Acumen* Operational and Technical Expertise* Customer Focus and Service Excellence Cushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
