Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Management (FM) Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of the prestigious mixed‑use estate in a vibrant central London setting. This is a varied, site‑based role ideal for someone with experience in facilities or property management who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, coordinating services, and ensuring a safe, well‑maintained, and customer‑focused environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities management operations across St Katharine Docks
- Manage reactive maintenance requests and planned works via the CAFM/helpdesk system
- Liaise with contractors to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality service delivery
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor hard and soft FM services
- Support statutory compliance activities and maintain accurate records
- Assist with health & safety processes, including permits to work and incident reporting
- Act as a key point of contact for tenants, occupiers, and stakeholders
- Support financial administration, including purchase orders, invoices, and service charge tracking
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in facilities management, property, or an FM coordination role
- Good understanding of FM service delivery and compliance requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience working with contractors and service providers
- IT literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office; CAFM experience desirable
- Experience in a mixed-use or commercial environment is advantageous
Education & Qualifications
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent (desirable)
- NEBOSH Certificate or willingness to work towards (desirable)
- Relevant FM, property, or building services qualification (advantageous)
