Key Responsibilities
- Lead rent reviews and lease renewals across shopping centres and high street portfolios.
- Conduct inspections and manage negotiations directly with counterparties.
- Analyse and interpret rental evidence, market data and portfolio performance.
- Prepare strategic advice and reasoned submissions aligned to client objectives.
- Act as a trusted adviser to key landlord and occupier clients.
- Manage a varied caseload while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.
- Contribute to fee generation and support business development initiatives.
- Build and strengthen relationships across the retail and investment market.
Experience & Qualifications
- MRICS qualified.
