We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our market-leading Asset Services division in London. This key role involves managing a portfolio of premium, multi-tenanted offices for major investment clients. As the primary contact for client instructions, you'll oversee all aspects of client service delivery and advise on strategies to optimise and enhance property performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align with clients' business and asset management goals to maximise property performance. Serve as the main point of contact, gathering and acting on client feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver a comprehensive service.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to generate additional income from the existing client base.
- Ensure compliance with C&W procedures and guidelines, including health & safety, environmental standards, quality, risk management, and professional conduct.
- Oversee the preparation of service charge budgets and year-end reconciliations in line with the RICS Service Charge Code and client mandates.
- Actively manage Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives by collecting and analysing data and implementing improvements to meet compliance targets.
- Work closely with facilities and building management teams to provide a full spectrum of property management and FM services, ensuring building protection, risk management, and enhanced occupier wellbeing and productivity.
Qualifications:
- MRICS-qualified property managers with a proven track record of managing client portfolios are preferred.
- A proactive approach with a strong focus on customer service, leading ESG performance, and tenant wellness.
- Demonstrated ability to drive client satisfaction and implement effective property management strategies.
