This role is ideally suited to a recently qualified MRICS surveyor or someone with up to two years' post-qualification experience who is looking to develop their career within a leading global real estate advisory business. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced valuation professionals, delivering high-quality valuation advice to a broad client base including lenders, investors, developers and property companies. Deliver high-quality valuation and advisory services across a broad range of commercial property assets. Work closely with colleagues across agency, capital markets, lease advisory and valuation teams nationally. Ideally up to two years' post-qualification experience within commercial valuation. Experience preparing valuation reports for secured lending, financial reporting and advisory purposes. Strong analytical, organisational and report-writing skills. Commercial awareness with confidence in client-facing situations. Full UK driving licence required.
