Senior Surveyor (Compensation) in Leeds

This role is ideally suited to a recently qualified MRICS surveyor or someone with up to two years' post-qualification experience who is looking to develop their career within a leading global real estate advisory business. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced valuation professionals, delivering high-quality valuation advice to a broad client base including lenders, investors, developers and property companies. Secured lendingFinancial reportingAcquisitions and disposalsPortfolio analysisStrategic advisory assignmentsCore DutiesCarry out property inspections and prepare valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards. Deliver high-quality valuation and advisory services across a broad range of commercial property assets. Work closely with colleagues across agency, capital markets, lease advisory and valuation teams nationally. Ideally up to two years' post-qualification experience within commercial valuation. Experience preparing valuation reports for secured lending, financial reporting and advisory purposes. Strong analytical, organisational and report-writing skills. Commercial awareness with confidence in client-facing situations. Full UK driving licence required.
