About The Role

A career in Quantity Surveying can be incredibly varied and rewarding; no two days will be the same. Quantity Surveyors manage all aspects of a construction project's finance; from assessing the financial impact and profitability of a construction project, right through to ensuring a project is delivered within budget. When you become a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll become an expert in the art of costing a construction project. Not only that, but you’ll also ensure that each project meets legal and quality standards. By helping to deliver a scheme from inception to completion, you will become a key pillar in the successful delivery of a project. By joining our Quantity Surveying team, you will be involved in the full life cycle of buildings. Our programme aligns with the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) pathway through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, setting you on a path to achieving chartered status by the end of your programme. Our non-rotational approach ensures you develop specialized expertise within the Quantity Surveying division.

You will work on impactful projects, gaining new skills and invaluable insights into our business. Eligibility

  • Expected 2.1 or higher in your undergraduate degree (If your undergraduate degree is not RICS accredited you will need to undertake a MSc whilst completing your graduate programme with us)
  • GCSE grade ‘C/4’ in both Maths and English
  • Successful candidates must by the start of their employment have permission to work in the UK
