Location – London
We have an exciting opportunity for a Database Analyst to join our Global Occupier Services team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate data from various sources into databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Manage and deliver reporting for the Transaction Management team on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Prepare and maintain live dashboards and presentations for QBR meetings.
- Act as an interface between the Transaction Management and tech teams, ensuring updates are efficient and meet requirements.
- Optimize database schema, queries, and indexing strategies to improve performance.
- Analyze database performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
- Monitor database performance and resource utilization to address inefficiencies.
- Assist the tech team with database migration projects, from planning through to validation.
- Respond to client concerns on database issues, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation for database configurations and procedures.
- Serve as the database best practices lead and super user for the tech team.
- Build and sustain client trust in the integrity and accuracy of the data.
