This Partner role is central to how facilities management and capital delivery come together on the account. It acts as the technical and strategic bridge between IFM and PM, ensuring that asset condition, lifecycle risk, and investment decisions are consistently assessed, governed, and aligned with our technology client standards and long-term business objectives.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Act as the senior technical and delivery Partner for our technology client across IFM-led and PM-led capital programmes.
- Provide strategic oversight of asset condition, lifecycle risk, and capital prioritisation, including ownership of a robust Lifecycle Replacement (LCR) programme.
- Serve as the technical interface between IFM and PM, ensuring alignment across planning, delivery, and handover.
- Provide technical assurance at key project gateways and act as an escalation point for complex delivery or risk issues.
- Lead and set quality standards for the IFM Project Management function and asset management administration.
- Ensure consistent asset handover, documentation quality, and operational readiness across a multi-country portfolio.
- Build trusted, senior-level relationships with stakeholders and represent Cushman & Wakefield as a technical authority.
- Contribute to account growth by positioning integrated FM and capital delivery, LCR governance, and project assurance as value-adding differentiators.
- Significant senior experience (typically 12-15+ years) in facilities management, asset-intensive environments, or capital programme delivery.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, FM operations, and capital project governance.
- Proven ability to operate credibly at executive and client leadership level.
- Experienced leading complex, multi-country portfolios and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commercially astute, with sound understanding of capital planning, forecasting, and risk.
- Relevant degree and professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, PMI desirable; PRINCE2/MSP/PMP preferred).
