Front Office Workplace Host based at 25 Baker Street, London, Cushman & Wakefield Global Occupier Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet all external clients
- Manage the reception mailbox and ensure timely handling of all requests
- Oversee the booking system (Resource Scheduler) to optimise meeting room usage
- Set up event spaces in correct layout and conduct walk‑arounds of all meeting rooms
- Coordinate with the catering team to fulfil catering requests and keep menus up to date
- Report maintenance issues and liaise with the onsite engineer
- Attend operational meetings and maintain clear communication with the wider team
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and promote a safe working environment
- Ensure signage and artwork are on‑brand and compliant, swiftly addressing non‑conformities
- Monitor daily walk‑arounds for faults or issues and log them with the London Facilities Helpdesk
- Track and manage all open jobs on FAMIS to final completion
- Quality‑check paperwork to ensure compliance and audit satisfaction
- Maintain and update all systems to remain compliant
- Understand and execute the escalation process for operational and risk issues
- Support sustainability performance and advise the team and stakeholders
- Interact with contractors and third‑party suppliers to enable service delivery
- Assist with project management and ad‑hoc tasks for Workplace
- Induct contractors into the building before works start
- Manage process for incoming internal and external mail and parcels, arranging same‑day and overnight couriers
- Escalate any service failures by suppliers on site
- Ensure a safe working environment within the Front of House area and report issues promptly
- Perform various administrative tasks as required by the business
