You will be responsible for ensuring we are offering a First-Class service by building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with the client, customers, and vendors to promote excellent customer service. Also, to assist with the Workplace Host team in ensuring a first-class service to our internal office space.,
- Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience, delivering a seamless customer journey.
- Ensure Reception presence is maintained, and entrance doors are covered at all times.
- Manage meeting room booking/changes/catering requests/set up
- Ensure all calls (internal & external) are answered, transferred/forwarded promptly and professionally; record any messages accurately
- Answer all telephone calls both internally and externally in a professional and timely manner ensuring that all messages are returned appropriately
- Ensuring office/catering supplies are fully stocked i.e. Stationery, Toner, Office/Tea, Coffee etc when Workplace Host is absent.
- Log any Building Faults/Issues with the Cushman & Wakefield Helpdesk
- Carry out regular floor walks ensuring all cleaning, maintenance and any other issues are reported and closed with the C&W Helpdesk.
- Ensure to monitor, action and process any emails on the company email account
- Manage/liaise with Building contractors and issues and or/work being carried out within the building.
- Assist Occupiers and Guests with access passes and access requirements.
- Program Door Access Fobs for all New Joiners, Visitors and Contractors. Customer service background essential
- Knowledge of Facilities Management processes preferable
- IT Skills, Outlook, Excel, Word
- Be able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Good administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage change effectively
