The predicted salary is between 63000 - 77000 Β£ per year.

We currently have a great opportunity for a newly (soon to be) qualified Surveyor to join our successful Healthcare Valuation and Advisory team. The position will be based within the Bristol office but with very much a national remit.

  • Undertake existing valuation mandates and assist in building contacts to attract new business.
  • Work on a mix of loan security and acquisition valuations in addition to regular mandates.
  • Prepare valuations / strategic advice to a wide variety of clients.
  • Take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions, initially under some supervision.
  • Develop a profile in the marketplace through building client relationships.
  • Prepare valuation reports in various formats.
  • Inspect assets across the UK.

Ideally you will already have knowledge of the Healthcare market; however, this is not essential as support and training will be provided. Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise is not essential - training will be given. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to develop good relationships with both clients and colleagues.
