Cushman & Wakefield is recruiting an Estates Assistant in the UK to support the Portfolio Management Team with day-to-day property management matters and to prepare Applications for Consent for occupier clients, with guidance from the Estate’s Lead.
You will work with third parties such as FM and solicitors as needed. You will coordinate rent and service charge payments with the Accounts Team, maintain databases, and keep clients updated on key task progress while supporting lease interpretation.
