In this role you will be responsible for recording and maintaining up-to-date, accurate, complete and consistent lease data, in order to secure cost effective and proactive operational portfolio management for the occupier clients of Cushman & Wakefield.

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controls
  • Deliver the contracted service level
  • Read real‑estate leases and associated documents to record information regarding payments, critical dates, and responsibilities; or compare legal documents and/or abstraction form with the abstracted data or the lease data recorded in the system as per process documentation
  • Maintain property databases
  • Process lease data accurately in line with internal SLA’s
  • Take responsibility for the request intake and workflow tool for assigned client(s)
  • Produce ad‑hoc reports for managers and clients
  • Cooperate with Cushman & Wakefield partners
  • Manage and be part of the backup system within the team
  • Support the maintenance of BAU process documents
