Cushman & Wakefield are looking for an Estate Data Administrator to support the effective management of a corporate real estate portfolio by maintaining accurate, compliant, and well-governed estate data. The role works closely with the Occupier Management team and other service lines to ensure property, financial, and lease data is kept up to date, reliable, and fit for reporting and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update estate data across property management systems
- Process database changes accurately and within agreed timescales
- Carry out regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Liaise with IT and system support teams to resolve data issues
- Support PO and invoice approval processes, completing first-line checks
- Prepare and coordinate finance and data submissions for review
- Produce and maintain regular and ad-hoc estate reports
- Support licence, consent, and sub-tenancy data administration
- Assist with tracking income, arrears, and other estate-related financial data
- Provide general data and administrative support across the account
Skills & Experience
- Experience in property administration, data administration, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work with databases and learn new systems quickly
- Basic understanding of property, leases, and estate-related finance
- Well organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, process-driven, and comfortable working as part of a team
