Location: London About the role Cushman & Wakefield is continuing to grow its Project & Development Services team and is looking to appoint an Associate Project Manager to support one of our largest and most strategically important occupier accounts.
Working with a globally recognised technology client, you'll lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of commercial office fit-out, refurbishment and workplace projects across London and the UK.
This is a client-facing role offering significant responsibility, autonomy and exposure to a fast-paced corporate real estate environment.
You'll join a collaborative, high-performing team with a strong pipeline of secured work and genuine opportunities for progression.
What you'll be doing Lead the delivery of commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion.
Act as the primary day-to-day contact for a major global technology client, building trusted long-term relationships.
Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from workplace upgrades through to large-scale office transformations.
Oversee project governance, programme, cost, quality and risk.
Coordinate internal teams and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Administer JCT contracts and manage procurement processes.
Support business growth by identifying opportunities to add value and strengthen client relationships.
Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to the continued growth of the Project Management business About you We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a client-facing consultancy environment and has experience delivering high-quality commercial office projects.
Ideally you'll have: Experience delivering commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Consultancy or client-side project management experience.
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and project procurement.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
MRICSA proactive, collaborative approach with the confidence to work autonomously.
