The Senior Project Manager provides project management experience to designated projects and assignments for a particular client account, property portfolio, or large facility/complex through interaction with the client, property or facility management team, and project management staff.

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager manages projects for a client account, property portfolio, or large facility, coordinating with clients and management teams. Oversees project execution, monitors services related to client agreements, and may supervise project staff. Works closely with the Account Manager/Director and facility management teams.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  1. Lead meetings, prepare agendas, and develop project budgets and timelines.
  2. Prepare project reports and review drawings during all project phases.
  3. Assist in selecting and overseeing consultants and contractors.
  4. Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices; advise management.
  5. Participate in marketing and presenting services to clients.
  6. Supervise project staff including project managers, space planners, and CAD operators.
  7. Provide documentation and reports to clients and management.
  8. Collaborate with building/facility personnel to meet organizational goals.
  9. Report major issues and results to management with recommendations.
  10. Manage organizational changes and expenditures within approved budgets.
  11. Set goals and delegate responsibilities to subordinates.
  12. Train and develop staff as needed.
  13. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
