Role Purpose:

To provide technical and administrative support to a team providing estates services to occupier clients for their property portfolios.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with basic property management queries/issues
  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
  • Obtaining Landlord consents
  • Liaison with people in the client organisation, responding to queries
  • Updating, creating and maintaining progress/information schedules (mostly in Microsoft Excel) in respect of various activities and client management information requests, collating responses from internal C&W teams
  • Verifying basic occupancy details (rent, new landlords)
  • Bespoke spreadsheet formulation
  • Such other duties as reasonably required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree level qualification advantage

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience of property management and knowledge of lease terms
  • Client facing skills essential
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft programmes including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Excellent command of written/verbal English
