Role Purpose
To support the UK & Ireland Project & Development Services team in managing and producing high‑quality bid and pitch documentation. This role plays a key part in helping the business win new work and achieve regional and corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the bid/pitch process, managing input from various teams
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather required information
- Produce high‑quality client proposals including:
- Bid/pitch submissions
- Pre‑qualification questionnaires (PQQs)
- Presentations and capability documents
- Approved supplier list applications
- Complete PQQs, EOIs and ITTs using standard company information
- Coordinate document design and layout for submissions
- Maintain and update the central library of standard bid information
- Support Bid Managers and Senior Managers on live opportunities
Knowledge & Experience
- 1–2 years experience in bidding/pitching preferred
- Understanding of professional services and/or property sector desirable
- Experience coordinating bid processes across multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Good Excel skills with understanding of formulas
- Adobe Creative Suite experience beneficial
- High attention to detail with ability to interpret client requirements
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and regions
