The Early Careers Recruitment Advisor is responsible for the operational delivery and coordination of Early Careers programmes, including Graduates, Apprentices, and Interns. This role primarily supports both the UK & Ireland business ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and development lifecycle. As part of a global Early Careers team, this role also provides occasional support across other regions, including APAC, EMEA, and North America, contributing to a consistent and high-quality global approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Delivery
- Deliver the end-to-end recruitment process for UK Early Careers roles
- Draft job adverts and manage postings across job boards and early-careers platforms
- Screen CVs and conduct first-stage video screens
- Coordinate interviews and assessment centres, managing stakeholder schedules
- Collate assessment and interview feedback to support hiring decisions
- Support offer management and track acceptances
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems (e.g. Workday, GEM)
- Act as a first point of contact for candidates, managing queries and updates
- Partner with People Services to support compliant and timely onboarding
- Attraction & Outreach
- Support attraction activity across universities, colleges and early-careers channels
- Assist with delivery of insight days, careers fairs and employer events
- Coordinate logistics for events, including attendance, materials and data capture
- Support the creation of attraction materials such as presentations and event content
- Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain accurate Early Careers data and recruitment trackers
- Support reporting on pipelines, hires and programme activity
- Coordinate suppliers and basic recruitment administration, including purchase orders
Skills & Experience
- Ideal candidates will have experience in recruitment, early careers or talent acquisition
- Experience supporting high-volume or early careers recruitment processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Confident communicator with strong candidate and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with strong administration skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience supporting UK university or early-careers recruitment is desirable
