You will lead client work, take commercial responsibility, and stay hands-on with delivery. You will also advise senior stakeholders and help shape the practice's future. What you will do:
- Lead some of our most complex and high-profile Infrastructure engagements.
- Shape propositions and go-to-market focus in priority subsectors.
- Play a visible role in growing accounts, developing people, and strengthening Curzon's position in the market.
This is a genuine Partner-track opportunity, with exposure to the decisions and responsibilities that matter. In your first 6–12 months, you can expect:
- Take end-to-end ownership of major Infrastructure engagements, from problem definition through to measurable outcomes.
- As a senior leader within the firm, you will mentor consultants and shape how Curzon partners with Infrastructure clients.
- You will bring significant experience delivering strategy or transformation programmes across Infrastructure, Utilities, Transport, Energy, or Major Projects.
- Direct involvement in practice growth, including proposition development, thought leadership and priority accounts.
