Ready to step into a broader leadership role? We are hiring Managing Consultants who are ready to take on greater responsibility, work directly with clients, and progress toward senior leadership. You’ll lead workstreams, not just deliver them. You’ll manage client relationships, and shape delivery - not simply execute instructions. You’ll work directly with Principals and Partners on work that goes beyond a typical Managing Consultant role. This role suits candidates who are ambitious, delivery-focused, thoughtful about impact and keen to build a credible route to Principal.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead key parts of complex Infrastructure engagements, with real responsibility for outcomes.
  • Build commercial and leadership skills early through hands‑on work on high‑stakes projects.
  • Develop a strong reputation with clients and senior colleagues, supporting faster career progression.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong project and workstream leadership experience within consulting.
  • Ability to translate analysis into clear, decision‑ready insights.
  • Experience working in or with Infrastructure, Utilities, Industrials or Engineering‑led organisations.
  • Typically 6+ years’ experience in management consulting.
  • Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes for complex organisations.
