From £100,000 + performance related bonus. In this role, you’ll have greater influence, more autonomy, and a clear path to senior leadership. At Curzon, Principals are not defined as “sales” or “delivery” leads. You’ll lead client work, take commercial responsibility, and stay hands‑on with delivery. You’ll also advise senior stakeholders and help shape the practice’s future. If you’re successful in your current role but operating within highly structured environments, with narrow sector focus or slow progression, this role offers a real alternative.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead some of our most complex and high-profile Infrastructure engagements.
  • Shape propositions and go‑to‑market focus in priority subsectors.
  • Play a visible role in growing accounts, developing people, and strengthening Curzon’s position in the market.

This is a genuine Partner-track opportunity, with exposure to the decisions and responsibilities that matter. In your first 6–12 months you can expect:

  • Take end‑to‑end ownership of major Infrastructure engagements, from problem definition through to measurable outcomes.
  • As a senior leader within the firm, you’ll mentor consultants and shape how Curzon partners with Infrastructure clients.
  • You’ll bring significant experience delivering strategy or transformation programmes across Infrastructure, Utilities, Transport, Energy, or Major Projects.
  • Direct involvement in practice growth, including proposition development, thought leadership and priority accounts.

What you’ll need:

  • Significant experience delivering strategy or transformation programmes within Infrastructure, Utilities, Transport, Energy or Major Projects environments.
  • Demonstrable commercial capability: scoping, pricing, margin management and account growth.
  • Ability to diagnose complex performance issues and translate them into practical, implementable change.
  • Demonstrable delivery of complex strategy or transformation engagements in Infrastructure or adjacent sectors.
  • Seven years minimum experience in management consulting.
