You'll lead workstreams on complex client engagements, working closely with Partners, Principals and client leadership to turn insight into practical action.

What you'll do
- Lead workstreams across strategy, transformation and operational improvement projects.
- Diagnose business challenges and turn analysis into practical, measurable improvements.
- Work directly with client stakeholders to develop solutions and drive decisions.
- Lead workshops, challenge assumptions and build alignment.
- Present clear, evidence-based recommendations to senior client leaders.
- Manage delivery against agreed objectives, timelines and outcomes.
- Coach junior consultants and support their development.
What you'll bring
- At least 5 years' experience in UK management consulting.
- Strong experience in at least one of our core sectors: Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing & Engineering, or Infrastructure (built environment)
- Proven experience leading workstreams and delivering tangible client outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the judgement to navigate ambiguity.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and building trusted client relationships.
- The ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Desirable, but not essential:
- Experience across more than one of our core sectors.
- An MBA or other postgraduate qualification.
- Advanced data analysis skills using Power BI, Power Query or similar tools.
- Experience supporting proposals, bids or business development.
