This role is a hybrid role consisting of NetSuite Admin to manage, optimize, and support our NetSuite ERP system. You will be responsible for system configuration, customization, integrations, troubleshooting, and user support to ensure our business operations run smoothly and efficiently. This will make up approx. 40% of the role.
A skilled BI Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Business Intelligence (BI) platforms. You will be responsible for system administration, performance tuning, user access management, and ensuring data accuracy and security across BI tools. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to support decision-making processes. This will make up approx. 40% of the role (MDS consists of FiveTran, Snowflake and ThoughtSpot).
The remaining 20% of the role will be supporting the finance team with admin tasks, mainly carrying out our payment provider and bank reconciliations, supporting the team with automation and the implementation of new systems and processes.
Netsuite Administrator:- Maintain, configure, and update NetSuite ERP to meet business needs.
- Manage system security, roles, permissions, workflows, and dashboards.
- Perform regular system audits and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
- Optimize business processes by implementing automation and best practices.
