We are looking for a part time Ecom Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone that will align with our business core values which are ‘wow the customer’, ‘always be better’ and ‘work as a team’. About the role: You will be working remotely, but within commutable distance of Uxbridge Head Office to attend regular meetings. This role reports into the Ecom Customer Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Give exceptional service to all our customers – through all channels (chat/email/phone).
- Manage and reply to emails in a timely manner and proactively communicate.
- Be first point resolution for all customers (chat/phone/emails).
- Focus on customer happiness and make this your number one priority.
- Be competent in using all internal systems including NetSuite, Gorgias, Shopify, SWAP.
- Process orders & credits in a timely manner.
- You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to deliver the best possible experience to our customers.
