Role Mission
To drive Curvo's growth to $5M+ ARR by leveraging AI as a force multiplier, owning the entire growth funnel from end-to-end. This is a pivotal opportunity for a Growth Lead to be the first dedicated hire in a critical function at Curvo. You'll step into an inflection point where a self-serve product has just launched, paid ads are showing promise, and enterprise deals are converting. You'll be instrumental in building the engine that fuels both self-serve and sales motions, using AI as your primary tool to compress timelines and achieve ambitious growth targets, including driving inbound to 30%+ of qualified pipeline within six months.
What You'll Do
- Own growth end-to-end, driving Curvo towards its $5M+ ARR target
- Leverage AI tools and programmatic content to accelerate growth efforts and compress timelines
- Ship content daily across platforms like LinkedIn and X, and run numerous growth experiments
- Automate growth processes to scale efforts efficiently without needing a large team
- Build and optimize the engine that feeds the sales team and powers the self-serve motion
What We're Looking For
- AI-native workflow, using tools like Claude Code or Cursor daily
- Data-driven approach to set up tracking, measure performance, and optimise strategies
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy as the first dedicated growth hire
Great to Have
- 2+ years in growth, demand generation, or product marketing at an AI, sales tech, or high-velocity startup (seed to Series B preferred)
- Ability to ship content fast across various formats without relying on designers or writers
- Hands-on experience with paid acquisition, managing campaigns and understanding key metrics like CPA and ROAS
- Strong PLG (Product-Led Growth) instincts, with experience optimising signup funnels and activation flows
Bonus Points
- Experience in revenue intelligence, sales enablement, or conversation intelligence
- Community building experience (e.g., Slack communities, user groups)
- Video production skills, both AI-generated and traditional
- Programmatic content or growth hacking experience, building systems for scaled content or lead generation
