Curvo AI exists to transform how sales teams qualify, execute, and close deals by building the real-time revenue infrastructure for the new economy. To drive Curvo's growth to $5M+ ARR by leveraging AI as a force multiplier, owning the entire growth funnel, and building a repeatable, automated engine. This is a pivotal opportunity for a Founding Head of Growth to join Curvo at an inflection point.

With a self-serve product recently launched, promising paid ad performance, and converting enterprise deals, you will be the first dedicated growth hire, defining the function, playbook, and culture. You'll leverage AI to compress timelines, ship content daily, and run experiments at an unprecedented pace, ultimately building the engine that fuels both self-serve and enterprise sales motions and drives the company towards its $5M ARR goal.

  • Ship content daily across platforms like LinkedIn and X.
  • Data-driven approach to set up tracking, measure performance, and optimize strategies.
  • Ability to ship content fast (LinkedIn posts, demo videos, ad copy, landing pages) without external design or writing support.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in revenue intelligence, sales enablement, or conversation intelligence.
  • Community building experience (Slack communities, user groups, events).
  • Video production skills (AI-generated or traditional for demo videos, launch clips, social content).
  • Programmatic content or growth hacking experience, building systems for content or lead generation at scale.
