Curvin Transport are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking class 2 driver for multi drop palletised deliveries within the BH postcode.

Job Description:

  • Class 2 Driving Licence with a current CPC and Digi Tachograph card.
  • HGV/LGV Driving experience.
  • Thorough understanding of driving regulations.
  • Good standard of English, able to communicate with the depot and customers and understand both written and verbal instructions.
  • Excellent customer service skills as you will be promoting Curvin Transport.
  • Computer literate as using the in-house track and trace equipment is a requirement of the job.
  • Punctual, reliable, and have a reasonable level of physical fitness as the deliveries require the use of a pallet pump truck (electric or manual) and vehicle tail lift.
  • Located within a reasonable travelling distance of the depot.
  • Newly qualified drivers with the right aptitude will also be considered.

The role is full time, covering a shift pattern Monday to Friday and a Saturday morning on a 1 in 4 basis. This is a permanent position with a shift time of approximately 10 hours per day, although this depends on the needs of the business.

28 paid days' holiday which includes bank holidays, which will increase over time to a maximum of 31 days including bank holidays.
