About Curvestone

Curvestone is building the AI workflow layer for complex, high-stakes processes — replacing manual, siloed roles in regulated industries with AI workers that deliver the speed, accuracy, and auditability that humans alone cannot scale. We partner with compliance officers, financial services and insurance innovators who rely on us as critical infrastructure. For them, we are not a “nice-to-have” experiment. We are business-critical. We are a high-growth company headquartered in Holborn, London, backed by a £3m seed round in December last year. Our team brings together deep expertise in AI, automation, and enterprise transformation, united by a mission to reinvent how regulated industries work. We are now scaling our go-to-market organisation. This is an opportunity to help build category-defining technology, see your work adopted by leading financial services organisations, and join Curvestone at a formative stage of our growth.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive at Curvestone, you will own our financial services proposition — selling into mortgage networks, lenders, packagers, and other financial institutions. You will run full sales cycles end-to-end, from first conversation through to close, and convert pipeline into closed revenue. This is a consultative, relationship-led sales role. Our buyers in regulated industries are sophisticated and risk-aware, and they expect a salesperson who understands their world. Your job is to build trust, diagnose real problems, and guide buyers to the right solution. Much of this happens in person. You will get in front of prospects and customers, run on-site meetings, and represent Curvestone AI at industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate pipeline. This is a hands-on closing role for someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of selling: deep discovery, building relationships over time, navigating complex deals, and owning their number.

What You’ll Do

  • Run full-cycle B2B sales with senior stakeholders across financial services — from first conversation to signed contract, navigating procurement and security reviews without losing momentum.
  • Build strategic account plans that map stakeholders and unlock expansion, owning your number end-to-end.
  • Run sharp discovery to diagnose the real problem, then lead demos and ROI-driven business cases tailored to both technical and business buyers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior, risk-aware buyers.
  • Get in front of prospects and customers — travel to client sites, run face-to-face meetings, and build long-term relationships.
  • Represent Curvestone at industry events and conferences to grow your network and generate pipeline.
  • Generate your own pipeline through outbound, inbound, and relationships you develop in the market, qualifying quickly so your time goes to winnable deals.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and honest, accurate forecasting.

About You

  • Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B SaaS deals, ideally selling into financial services.
  • Comfortable navigating procurement, legal review, and security sign-off without stalling the deal.
  • A consultative seller who leads with discovery and can translate technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical buyers.
  • Credible with C-level / senior buyers such as compliance officers, COOs, CFOs, and risk functions.
  • A natural relationship-builder who enjoys meeting people in person, happy to travel to client sites and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Disciplined and commercially accountable: you own your number, forecast, and pipeline.
  • Curious about the product and keen to learn it deeply.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where both speed and precision matter.
  • Bonus: Experience selling AI, automation, or developer tools.
  • Existing relationships and networks within mortgage networks, lenders, packagers or wealth managers and IFAs.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation: Competitive package including salary, uncapped commission, equity and learning stipend.
  • Impact and ownership: A role where you own your deals end-to-end and see the direct results of your work.
  • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to shape the trajectory of applied AI, working with a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
  • Growth paths: Curvestone offers a dynamic environment with significant opportunities to take ownership, expand your remit, and grow beyond your immediate role.
  • Learning and development: We support professional development through an annual discretionary learning stipend.
  • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the full team together in a new location to align, learn, and connect as a group.

Diversity & Inclusion

At Curvestone we don’t just accept differences, we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our clients and our services. We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive equal consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, colour, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, marital status, national origin, physical or mental disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations and ordinances.
