At Curves Studios, we specialise in empowering women through luxury boudoir makeover photoshoots and we’re looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our creative, fast-paced studio team in Altrincham. This is more than just a sales role. You’ll be the warm, welcoming first voice our clients hear helping women from all walks of life take the exciting first step toward a confidence-boosting, unforgettable photoshoot.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Calling and following up with warm leads and enquiries from social media, our website and marketing campaigns
- Promoting and booking our luxury boudoir makeover photoshoot experience
- Giving every caller a 5-star experience with empathy, encouragement and professionalism
- Building rapport, handling objections, and guiding clients toward confident decisions
- Hitting personal booking targets with a self-motivated, driven approach
- Keeping our CRM system up-to-date with client interactions and status
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in a telesales or phone-based sales role
- A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to connect with a diverse range of women with warmth and enthusiasm
- Strong ability to promote and sell an aspirational service or experience
- Organised, self-motivated, and target-focused
- Must be able to commute to our Altrincham studio
- Experience in photography, beauty, or luxury services is a bonus but not essential. Full training on our booking system, studio process and client experience will be provided.
