Curve is a leading producing theatre, creating compelling cultural experiences for all those who live, learn, visit and work in Leicester. Under the leadership of Chief Executive, Chris Stafford and Artistic Director Nikolai Foster, Curve has developed a reputation for producing, programming and touring a bold and diverse programme of musicals, plays, new work and dance. All of this is presented alongside a dynamic mix of community engagement and learning opportunities, which firmly places audiences and communities at the heart of everything we do.
We are seeking a new Trustee who is a finance professional with significant experience of strategic finance, to formally join the Board in Spring 2025. As a member of our Board you will be responsible with your fellow Trustees for the good stewardship and governance of the theatre. Working with the Chief Executive, the Artistic Director and members of the team, you will discuss, approve and monitor our strategy for development and success. You will have oversight of our finances and resources and ensure that these are managed appropriately and in the best interests of the charity. And you will share in the passion of a hard-working and talented team of people who share a commitment to creating great work for everyone.
