We are looking for a PA to CEO to provide personalised and high level administrative support to Curve’s Chief Executive. This will include supporting governance, diary and workload management, travel planning, minuting of meetings, as well as being the first point of contact for both internal and external queries coming into the Chief Executive’s office.

Alongside this, the role has primary responsibility for a number of essential functions, including the management of Curve’s press nights and other VIP events and collating all customer feedback, ensuring responses are sent in a timely manner. This is a great opportunity for anyone with previous demonstrable experience of providing personal assistance to a CEO or Director to work in a busy, successful, creative organisation.

No two days are the same, so the successful applicant will need to be flexible, adaptable and thrive in what can be a high pressure environment. The ability to build good relationships internally and with external stakeholders is paramount. The successful applicant will have an active interest in the theatre industry.

Your skillset will include a high level of computer literacy, excellent attention to detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will be a quick-thinker, capable of working autonomously, juggling numerous projects and deadlines and using your initiative to solve complex problems—all whilst keeping a level head.
