Curve is an award-winning producing theatre with a commitment to ensuring as many people as possible can access great art and culture. Each year, almost 1.9 million people engage with Curve through performances in Leicester, across the UK and internationally. Under the leadership of Chief Executive Chris Stafford and Artistic Director Nikolai Foster, Curve has developed an international reputation for producing, presenting and touring a bold and diverse slate of musicals, plays, new work, and dance, which sits alongside a vibrant community and learning programme.

Responsibilities

  • Play a central role in the delivery and realisation of Made at Curve productions and co-productions across a range of scales and genres.
  • Manage each aspect of show delivery from contracting artists and scheduling performances through to monitoring expenditure.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Director of Producing and Programming and the wider team to realise Curve’s vision for world-class work for the communities of Leicester and beyond.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Excellent financial, administrative and business planning skills.
  • Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
