When on shift you will be responsible for the safe operation of our building on a rotation basis, and assist in the management of the Ushers, Head Ushers, Deputy Duty Managers, Stage Door Reception, Security and Housekeeping teams. You will be the responsible person in the event of an evacuation and will be passionate about delivering, and helping others deliver, exceptional customer service. You will create a welcoming and safe environment for all internal and external customers. The successful candidate will be a calm, efficient and reassuring presence for audiences and staff.

We provide full training to ensure all our visitors have an enjoyable and safe experience during their visit to Curve. However, we expect you to have experience within a customer-focused environment.

This role is offered as a permanent, annualised (33 hours per week) role with a monthly rota. Successful candidates must be available evenings and weekends, as well as having good weekday daytime and Bank Holiday availability, in line with our performance and events schedule.
