Project Officer – Curve Style

Responsibilities

• Inspect and survey properties.
• Develop, implement, and supervise reactive maintenance projects to improve and maintain the housing stock.
• Ensure optimal contribution of other services, agencies and contractors.

Requirements

• HND/SVQ4 or equivalent in Construction / Building or a related discipline.
• Experience with repairs and maintenance of buildings.
• Experience working directly with the public.
• Strong communication, customer‑care, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritise workloads, work in a team, and work under pressure.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Availability to attend evening meetings and a current driving licence.
