Working in a hybrid style, based at home, Dundee House, and various locations across the city, you will work full time, 37 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • You will have 1 Higher in English and 3 National 5s or equivalent.
  • Or you will have SVQ III in Digital Marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

You will assist with delivering Dundee City Council's digital-skills priorities for a digitally enabled workforce. This includes the creation of digital multimedia and learning content which supports effective engagement with employees, supporting the delivery of these materials and other council information through a variety of channels and digital learning tools.

The Individual:

  • You will have knowledge and experience of M365 tools, apps and resources.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of online information and communication tools such as social networking, video streaming, podcasts etc.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of working with information systems, databases, websites including uploading and maintaining information.
  • You will have knowledge of and interest in current digital trends.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and/or video editing using relevant IT packages.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and to work from own initiative.
  • Good organisational skills is essential.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment towards completing continuous professional development.
  • The ability to work occasional evenings and weekends is also essential.
