Job Description
Would you like to work in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent customer service to the public? Working in a hybrid style, based at home and in Dundee House, you will work full-time, 37 hours per week.
Requirements
- You will have 5 National 5\’s, or equivalent; or relevant experience of working within a Customer Service Contact Centre Environment.
- You must be willing and able to obtain SVQ Level 3 in Customer Services or Customer Services Professional Certificate Qualification.
Responsibilities
As part of a team, you will provide an efficient, effective and high level customer service to the public. You will deal with enquiries in relation to a wide range of Council Services through telephone, face to face, email and social media.
