A regional multi-disciplined Building Services Contractor are looking to strengthen their team with a driven Site Supervisor. They offer a comprehensive construction and M&E service across local government, housing associations and private sectors. They specialise in general building works, kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, cyclical planned works for voids, disabled adaptation works and construction projects both new build and refurbishments. They offer domestic M&E services and renewable technologies including Mechanical Ventilation & Heat Recovery (MVHR), Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Solar PV.
As a Site Supervisor you will oversee the installation and delivery of building services on construction projects and maintenance contracts. The successful candidate will be the key link and work in partnership with the site workforce and project management to effectively deliver the projects on time, within specification and to the highest standards.

As the Site Supervisor, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day installation and maintenance on residential projects including kitchens, bathrooms, disabled adaptations and refurbishments.
- Ensure compliance with RAMS, H&S legislation and company procedures.
- Coordinate and oversee employed staff and subcontractors ensuring quality of workmanship.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Help plan and control labour levels to each project to suit the programme.
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Provide progress updates and resolve technical issues.
- Help produce and monitor programme of works, in line with the clients expectations.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, permits and installation records.
Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Time Served Apprentice or relevant Mechanical or Construction qualifications.
- SSSTS or SMSTS card.
- CSCS card (Gold/Black card preferred).
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- The ability to work under pressure to meet set deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to co-ordinate teams and work to tight deadlines.
