With projects typically ranging from £500k to £2m, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, well-run schemes for a loyal client base. Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects and play a key role in the next phase of their development.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager who is looking to join a contractor with a great pipeline of work and a clear identity in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Oversee Site Managers and project teams, providing clear direction and support
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor performance and contractual matters
  • Drive programme performance and cost control across all schemes
  • Identify and manage commercial and operational risks
  • Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact
  • Ensure health & safety standards are upheld across all sites
  • Contribute to repeat business and support future tender opportunities
About You
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within a range of projects
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets and contracts
  • A hands-on leader who can motivate teams and hold people accountable
  • Comfortable in client-facing environments and able to build lasting relationships
  • Organised, decisive and solution-driven
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and project reporting tools
  • Ambitious and motivated to grow with a business that has clear plans for expansion
