Our client has an established reputation for delivering high-quality projects across East Anglia and is looking for someone who enjoys practical work, works well within a team and takes pride in doing a job properly. Role Overview You will support the groundworks and wider site teams with day-to-day tasks, helping to keep work progressing safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous labouring and groundworks experience who is happy to get involved wherever needed. Key Responsibilities * Assisting the groundworks team with excavation, drainage and concreting activities. * Supporting ground preparation and keeping work areas clear and accessible. * Moving materials, tools and equipment safely around the site. * Assisting trades and site management teams as required. * Maintaining clean, safe and organised working areas. * Carrying out general labouring and manual handling duties. * Following site health and safety requirements and security procedures. About You * Previous labouring experience with exposure to groundworks is essential. * A valid CSCS card. * A reliable, punctual and hardworking approach. * Good awareness of site health and safety. * Comfortable carrying out practical, physical tasks. * Able to work well within a team and follow instructions. * Comfortable working within a secure environment and following strict access procedures. * Able to meet the security vetting and site access requirements for the RAF bases. Pay and Benefits * £14.50 per hour. * Company van provided. * Working hours of 7am–5pm. * Working on RAF bases in the vicinity of Swaffham, Norfolk.
